I am back in the US after spending 4 years in Germany. I'm just average not a big muscle head nor am I trying. I just like to stay active so I do my gym workouts and do lots of running...Yes, the Air Force has gone from the stationary bike to actually making us run...oh no we are pretending to be actual military...scary...I know. I love to travel and already miss Europe.
