• When it comes to fitness, I am up for anything: Yoga, Trail Biking, Ocean Kayaking, Frisbee on the beach, Hiking, Camping, and trail running.

• I eat 80% healthy; 80% of the time.

• Love hard rock music (Godsmack #1), but listen to everything. Even like some country though it’s my least favorite genre of music.

• Major movie buff (mostly Horror movies)!!!

• My spiritual beliefs are personal (as everyone’s should be), but they are greatly influenced by the teachings of Buddhism, Hinduism, Neo-Paganism and Laurence Fishburne. (The Matrix has you!)

• I read tarot cards and I’m pretty darn good at it.

• Love the art galleries and museums in downtown St. Augustine. Favorite painter is Cao Young.

• Have two cats; Buddha & Sehn. I, apparently, exist only to serve them?!?!?

• CHOCOLATE! (Nothing more need be said).

• Love theme parks though I don’t get to go that often.

• Would love to travel, but need a traveling companion!

• Work for corporate America out of necessity (a job’s a job).

• Love festivals and fairs of all kinds (Renaissance, Art, Music, etc). What’s even more fun is dressing up for them. Oh yeah! I’m that big a geek!!!!

• Love all the holidays. Halloween is sacred and should be celebrated to the extreme (costumes mandatory)!!!

• I’ve dabbled in World of Warcraft & I love Magic the Gathering but I refuse to get addicted…..at least that is what I keep telling myself.

• I meditate daily (or at least try to)
