    Im just a Texas boy, living in Melbourne. Moving halfway around the world to a new city was a bit scary and confusing, but I'm really glad I did.
    I have an amazing, wonderful, and HOT boyfriend here and I'm really enjoying my life in Australia.
    That said, I'm still looking to expand my circle of friends. Its always great to make new mates or gym buddies.

    I love art, music, theatre, and the gym. I've gotten a little obsessed about it. I'm in the gym a lot, but not always getting the results I want. If anybody know the secret I'm missing, let me know!

    My most satisfying/frustrating gym moments are when I see guys twice my size lifting lower weights.

    A couple months ago, I went to the gym with a buddy who needed some motivation. He is one of those types who used to work out a lot but hadn't been in ages. He's a lot bigger and broader than me and apparently used to lift really heavy. We walk in to the gym, set up the bench press with what he used to lift. It's too heavy for him, because it'd been awhile. So, we dropped it down 10 kg on each end of the bar. So he lifts it. With me spotting, he eeks out 8 reps.
    He gets up, still kinda proud of himself because it was pretty close to what he used to lift. So, he grunts a bit and says, "So, since you're smaller, you might have a hard time lifting this. Want me to take another 10 kg off each end?" I looked at him, slapped the 10 kg that we'd taken off back on, lay down and busted out 12 reps without a spot.

    I feel like people underestimate me. I'm a lot stronger than I look, and It bugs me that guys who are lifting the same weight as me, are all bulgy with muscles. So, I just keep flying under the radar, being quietly awesome.
