Weight training: 2 times per week 75 minutes per session
Cardio training: 3 times per week 28 minutes per session
Sports I like: Running, Sailing, Snowboarding, Swimming, Water polo, Weight training
Other sports I like: I like most sports and most outdoor activities. I just checked sports I actually do on a regular enough basis to say that I am interested in them. I don't go "sailing". I go, "boating" in a motor boat but that isn't on here.
