Several years ago I had a great body, but then life changed. After coping with things on my own and with the help of my partner, I've been able to adjust. I've eaten well; now it's time to take care of my body in other ways. Hopefully, I'll gain the inspiration I need to keep on track with my fitness goals and appease my vanity.
I finished the 12 week Muscle-building workout on 1/12/08 and love the results. Started the Strong and Lean on 2/4/08 and finished on 5/16/08. I didn't take enough pictures of the process, but I've posted what I got.
So much time has passed. Seeing a trainer who kicks my ass twice a week. It's a good thing he's cute.
