*update 2-1-09* My birthday is in 3 days and im finally over my testicular cancer and most the shit that goes with it... im on my last 2 weeks of my last meds... So i need help losing my weight i gained (do to meds and depression that comes along with having a tumor down there) If any one can give good advice please send my way... im still very tired alot of the time and theres the times im so weak i cant move... thanks for any help.
p.s. i have a bowflex, bench, free weights, pull-up bar, and punching bag at home
