August 22nd. Week 1, day 1.

Starting! =)

I've always lifted, but didn't really know what body parts to work. Thats when I came to Realjock.

I've always done abs, everything else I didn't have a clue. Strong and Lean Week 2 day 1! Week 1, day 3.
Week 1, day 4.

Trying to improve chest, back, arms and legs.

I have not taken away pictures of back or legs for its hard to do yourself. =P

Week 2, day 1.

1.) Chest getting a bit bigger.
2.) Arms look a bit more sculpted.

Week 3, day 1.

Same as  week 2. Results sort of noticeable. 
Week 4, day 1.

1.) Chest sculpted more.
2.) Shoulders growing.
3.) Abs way more cut.
2.) Arms, bigger biceps.

Week 5, day 1.

1.) Abs getting cut.
2.) Shoulders bigger.
3.) Chest growing super slowly :'(
4.) Veins bigger Week 6 day 1. :) Week 7! :) Week 8.
Progress not that evident anymore! I think I've pretty much reached my bodies capacity for these workouts. Maybe not.
Abs: Way more sculpted.
Chest: More even also much bigger.
Shoulders: Thicker
Arms: Vascularity! Wahoo. Bigger biceps.
Back: Ehh.. can't really tell. I'll have to take a picture from the back.
Triceps: Sculpted. I didn't even have triceps before this program. 
Legs: Again vague. Can't really see them getting much stronger. Same time, different angle. Week 10!
I got sunburnt. Progress kind of stopped. Week 11.
- Improvements in chest and abs. 
Almost Done! :) Week 12, day 2. 
ALMOST DONE! Ah! Finished the 12 Week Program!
Everything received more muscle.
The two areas I still really need to work (which I will over the summer) is back and legs, and more chest. Second Picture. Third. :) Fourth. 
I also noticed my arms got a lot bigger, which is sweet. Strong and Lean Week 1 day 1. Strong and Lean Week 2 day 2! I'm seeing amazing results when I take my shirt off...
I am so proud of myself. My one goal now is to look good with clothes on. =P i.e get a bigger chest. More defined traps and larger shoulders. We shall see! July 22nd! My old gymnastics pants. Ah how I miss it! Its kind of hard to go up into a handstand in a matter of three seconds before photo booth takes the picture. Hence why one leg is not extended. -_- October 1st.
Been a very long successful summer!
Now working out 5 times a week and up to 30 pounders for chest. Can't believe I started at 10's.

ABOUT ME

I decided to start this shit over since it's been a while! So here it goes...

I am officially out of the small old closet I used to be confined too. It is a very great feeling! My friends and family are all okay with it, aside from my right wing republican uncle, but he's an asshole anyways.

I am completely addicted to exercise (not in a creepy way, like I can't go a day without it) I enjoy it much more than I ever thought possible. It is definitely hard for someone like me to put on muscle, but it is coming slowly but surely, so no complaints. I will keep working at my body until I am satisfied with it, and then keep working to keep it at that level!

I love to eat healthy. People say, "Come on eat this piece of cake it will make you happy!" But if I do do that then I feel shitty afterward, so I found in myself eating healthy is something that I have to do to make myself feel good!

I am currently the leader of my GSA at my school and working with GLSEN to try and forward the fight of our civil rights. I am not much of a leader, yet somehow this role was kind of just thrown at me. But I took it, and now actually enjoy being a leader of such a great club.

By the way, sorry about bad tasting pictures. It's really for me to just see my progress. (:

You look great dude. Thanks for the pictures. I'm in training also but get slower results. It'll take at least 9 mo. to see good results. Yes you do sound mature for your age. And I sound too young for mine. If you love your family, you won't have any trouble coming out to them. And YES stay away from sex maniacs. Look for someone with like interests to yours and you can build a future together. Best of luck, Jerry.
