I used to be a serious competitive swimmer, in fact was on the Olympic track back in the day! That was a long time ago though. I still love to swim and I have a serious thing for guys into water (swimmers, surfers, divers, speedos etc.).
I got in shape a few years ago and I have gained over 40 pounds of muscles! I lift about 5 times a week. I am beefy, not lean nor will I every be.
