ABOUT ME

I am a low-key person who lives on Capitol Hill in Seattle, WA. In my spare time I like to hit the gym, watch movies, spend time boating, skiing, playing paintball, shopping, playing video games, reading, listening to music, going to concerts, etc. I am very easy going and I get along with almost everyone. I have a low tolerance for people who have low confidence levels, as life is too short to spend it feeling sorry for yourself! I am assertive, grounded and confident and expect the same in friends and companions. All in all I am just a sane, normal, "average" kind of Joe, though most would probably say, upon getting to know me, that I am beyond "average." I have no big expectations from this site nor from meeting people in general. I look for quality in friends over quantity. I would definitely rather have a few good friends that I can trust and know well than to be Mr. Popularity but not have any depth or value in my friendships and relations.

I have been working out for about a year and a half now, pretty diligently. I have lost quite a bit of weight and have definitely gained some definition. I am still working towards my goals though. Any inspiration is welcome! I started a new position at work in which I am traveling more Internationally and so if anyone has advice on how to keep up on working out and eating right while on the road, send it my way!
