And so it begins... I was bored at work and figured I needed to do something about my diet and exercise habits. I hate the fact that I sit in front of a computer for 8 hours a day. So after surfing the internet, I stumbled upon Real Jock and figured I have nothing to lose (except some fat) heh heh. I've always been a bit on the chubby side, but in college I was able to lose a considerable amount of weight. This due to actually having time to do exercise and watching what I ate... you know, the whole calorie counting deal.
Nowadays, I still do exercise (mostly anaerobic), but would like to lean up and feel clueless as to how to go about it. Hence the reason I joined, I need advice. I am not a member of a gym 'cause quite frankly it costs way too much to join one in NY... especially when you're on a budget, having to pay a ridiculous amount of money for rent and bills upon bills. So yeah, that's me in a nutshell. That being said, let the debauchery begin... and I guess the tough love too! LOL.
