ABOUT ME

Well, I am a gay man (surprise!) Unfortunately no one knows that but me. I would love to get out of this area, change employment, meet someone, fall in love. (in no particular order:) ) Right now I am going to go to college, I figured that 17 years off of school was enough.
As far as training goes, my greatest love is lifting the highest weight I can manage, bench press mostly. I am getting better at squatting (that means I do it now vs not for years) I don't love it like the bench press, but it is growing on me. My goals for this year are 425lbs bench press and running 2 miles in under 17 minutes. Yes that's right the big ole bulky thing can run, I've lucked into having a friend that is a triathelete and he wants to increase his strength. I get to be the boss in the gym, and he gets to be the boss on the track. It's working out really well so far. After about 1/2 mile I get past the "death is emenient" feeling and things get better from there. I did 4 miles in 40 minutes last time. Did my first 5K on 10/17, I had fun, it won't be my last.
I try to take things in stride, instead of letting them get me outa-sorts. I am better at helping other people do damage control than I am doing it for myself. I like to think of myself as a strong person, but I think sometimes I use my physical strength as something to hide behind. I'm sure that I have issues, I am pretty sure everyone does. When it is pointed out to me, I try to do something about it.

GUYS I'M LOOKING TO MEET

I am watching a movie with this guy I am dating. He is sitting up on the couch and I am laying down with my head on his thigh. I fall asleep before the show is over. Three hours later I wake up and realize that he has been sitting there watching paid advertising because he didn't want to wake me up. He says "It's ok, I like to watch you sleep". He might be a keeper. If he was real.
