UPDATE: right now, I'm currently in the process of applying to go to the Peace Corps!!! I'm really really excited about it. I've developed this new fascination with the Pacific Islands: Nauru, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Samoa, American Samoa, Vanuatu, Cook Islands, Solomon Islands, Fiji, etc. That's where I'm interested in going. So if anyone has ANY info on the islands, some tips, or the Peace Corps, SHOUT ME A HOLLA!

basically. laughter is the best medicine. I want someone who is silly, someone who isn't afraid to make a fool of themselves in public to make me laugh even for a split second, the embarrassment would be worth it. I do it all the time for my friends. Jokes are great. My favorite thing is having laughing fits with people. I poke fun of myself all the time, you have to be able to make fun of yourself. I wanna say that the best way to catch my heart is to throw me a joke.

When Im in the shittiest situations ever, like being broken down on a highway in the middle of Vermont in the middle of winter, or fuckin up so bad in school cuz I decided that drinking was a better idea for a week, being in these situations, why freak about it?? crack a fuckin joke people!! if you're in a situation that's just so ridiculous worrying isn't going to help anyone, why not have a good laugh? :-)

one quote I live by and this sums me up a lot, and why I'm so laid back and relaxed about just about everything (it goes something like this): There's two situations. If something is in your control, why freak out and worry about it? Fix it. It's in your control. Do something about it, there's no reason to freak. The other situation is that it's not in your control, so sit back relax and see what the fuck happens. Don't worry about it, cuz you can't do anything about it!! So basically there's nothing to worry about!
