Hi whats up guys, Im on this site to meet people and hopely learn more about health from others like me. I was at one time a truely obese child. I would eat all day and play video games. Finally going into my high school years, I began to exerise and eat healthy. I began to play high school football as well, and love the sport. I am currently at 225lbs, hoping to lose some fat and add muscle tone to my body. Really want to take my fitness to the next level. Advise is always welcome. My goal weight is 170-175lbs, with defined arms and abdominal. I know that I'm not incredibly good looking, but im hoping to change that come next summer.
Update (3/22/12): Im getting closer and closer to my goals, every once in awhile i take a step backward, but its ok as long as i take 2 steps forward. I am moving to columbus in the fall, looking for an apartment. Everything in my life seems to be going forward except for love. I have met many amazing guys, but for whatever reason it hasnt worked out. The last one was kind of a hard one, so not im very anti-online dating/meeting... its the only thing i have done but clearly it isnt working for me. If you are in a committed relationship and are madly in love and you are reading this, ill be the first to tell you im jealous of what you have. That is all for now RJ
