I'm definitely not your typical guy. I've been through more than enough hell in my life, but I'm not bitter because I've grown more appreciative due to it. This aspect, quite frankly, is why I'm single. I've grown past the club scene, and understand there is more to live for; therefore, I tend to have no desire in men my age. I typically look for guys in their mid to late twenties. I've learned they are at the emotional maturity that suits me (and sometimes not. lol). The fact is, age is just a number and has nothing to do with who the person is. Most of the older men don't realize this, unfortunately, and assume I'm just another immature, party teen.
I moved to Hollywood from a small town in Texas to pursue a career in the film industry. While acting is my initial passion, it isn't personal enough for me, which is why I'm writing my own scripts. Media influences people more than anything else in this age, and I would love to know that something I wrote impacted and affected someone's life. I'm always seeking to make myself a better man, and challenge others to do the same. Hopefully my work will end up reaching a greater community than the few I meet in person.
If you were to ask my friends about me, they'd tell you that I'm a passionate, reserved, loyal guy who can get fun/crazy every now and then. My friends are everything to me, and I'm overjoyed at the thought of knowing they're comfortable coming to me with their problems - for which I'll always be there for them. The purity and joy of honest friendships are overlooked, and I feel bad for those who never get to experience that... I love playing soccer, swimming, and hiking. At the same time I enjoy martial arts even though I've never taken any classes (I know, I'm a dork. :o) I'm easily satisfied, I'm not expensive, and I'm extremely ambitious. I tend to come across as shy when I first meet people, but its usually just me trying to figure the person out. I tend to understand and sum people up rather quickly. It's actually something I see as a curse since people rarely ever take the time to do the same with me...I think that's pretty much it. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

I want a committed relationship. If your only looking for sex, then don't bother wasting my time or yours. Granted, I love sex and think its important in a relationship, but it's not everything. I want a man's man that will be my best friend and experience life with me. I feel there's always something to learn, and there's nothing more beautiful to me than doing that with the person you love. Although I think it would be really awesome to have a guy with a killer body, I find intelligence, ambition, and the ability to make me laugh SO much sexier! I don't expect too much, and am just as satisfied staying home to have dinner and watch a movie. I love the thought of starting a family, and having a house with a kid(s) and a dog(s). There are many places I'd love to go, and hope to travel across the world with the man I meet.
While I dream of these things, I'm not going to sacrifice my morals and outlook searching for this person. Rather than look for the right guy, I feel like I should be the best man I can be, and have this person enter my life naturally. I stand by this idea firmly, and will continue living life the way I've done so until I find that person.
