ABOUT ME
I believe in keeping fit, but am not a slave to it. I eat well, but still enjoy snacks. I work out about three times a week, around an hour per session. I don't do much cardio, about 10 minutes to get warmed up, but I try to keep my heart rate up during my workouts by keeping my rest periods between sets and exercises short.
I'm reasonably happy with the results. What you see is about two years' worth of work. After many years of working out, I moved to NYC from 2003 - 2006 and didn't work out during that time.
I consider myself a nice, respectful guy. I'm interested in politics and current events, but I can sit around and play xbox.

I like guys who are in shape or slim. That doesn't mean you have to be muscular. There wiggle room here.
Do NOT be a game player -- I value honesty. Be who you portray yourself to be - I have a good BS detector (more reliable than my gaydar), and I can detect someone too good to be true. And if you're not who you say you are then you've blown it.
I'm into guys around my age or younger. I like guys who are kindhearted, smart, laugh easily (a great smile can be the sexiest thing about a guy).
