04/28/2010 - Got my trainer tonight at the gym. He pushed me hard! I needed it. I will be in shape before you know it!
08/19/2010 - Lost 10 pounds since May - YEAH Hitting the gym more and more for some short burst workouts. Trying not to leave the gym unless I burn at least 500 calories. Need to start more weights and weight machines.
01/12/11 - Down to 242 - Excellent
01/30/11 - Down to 236 - Moving in the right direction!
02/28/11 - Down to 232
03/30/11 - Down to 228 - Slowly but moving :)
08/15/11 - Down to 217 - Getting there but not as fast as I like!
