After 12 weeks of the RJ Weight Loss Challenge. Down a good solid 6% Body fat and about 18 pounds.

Check out this Giant Arrow Head, i'm guessing it was used to hunt Brachiosaurs

220 and 19% body fat. I haven't lost any more fat, but at least I'm not gaining any. Time to cut that half gallon of rum and 8 pack of Guinness from the weekly diet :(
