So, in mid February I saw "Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead" and unlike most other similar documentaries it moved me emotionally. I've now added a liter of vegetable juice (at least) to my daily diet, and a half liter of fruit juice. The idea was to ease into a juce fast when I go on furlogh at the end of march, Though I'm loosing almost a pound a day - and who wouldn't like that.
It's a new year - at least on the Pagan calendar, so I'm starting afresh!
Just hit 16% body fat, but fluctuating around 233 pounds. I'm good witth that.
Still at 18%, but down to 235!
I was finally able to stick to my "cutting" regime and I'm down to 237 and 18% body fat.
Maintained 19% body fat through the holidays - but stuck on that plateau. :(
I got one of those circumferance measuring tapes from a fitness web site and updated my numbers
And I've cut enough that my biceps are just having the slightest indication of becoming vascular!
Since I'll probably never get a date from RJ, here's a list of things that annoy me:
- tools who don't verify.
- chuckle heads who post a bunch of sideways pictures.
- cowards who chat and flirt online but can't be bothered to meet for beer or coffee.
- people who go on about how "you gotta understand" but can't reciprocate the understanding.
- that fat & carbs are so damn yummy.
- that fructose and sucrose metabolize (pretty much instantly) into fat.
- people who can't type out "you" or one of the other 200 words they know.
- the ESTROGEN brigade that thinks their so precious that they've earned understanding served up to them on a silver platter.
