FYI, my pictures are fairly outdated. I'm no longer in that shape I was once in, but am seriously working at getting back there.

I work for a gay sports magazine called Compete (formerly Sports Out Loud). I handle our events, promotions, public/community relations and do a non-athlete celebrity Q&A in the magazine (so far I've done Jonny McGovern, RuPaul and Jenny Shimizu).

At this time, I think I may be ready to hang up my rugby boots, at least temporarily and get back into doing some runnning. I let myself go a little too much and got fat, AGAIN! Well, I'm using interval training to get myself back into shape and have found that when I start running, my body adjusts to it pretty quickly. Right now, I'm working on doing some cardio about five days a week, mostly interval training, but some longer endurance runs, as well.
