After hitting a high of 322 lbs., I decided it was time to lean out. The most recent pics here are of me at 307, a loss of about 15 lbs in one month. Since my arms remained 21" and my pants are way looser, I'm hoping the majority of the loss is fat from my middle. This whole leaning out process is new for me, but I'm enjoying the results and the feedback from others who notice the improvements. I'll keep this up until I don't like how big I look...the whole point of this is to look
Still lots of work to do, but I am encouraged....
Powerlifter, always looking to talk growth with other thick built guys. I travel all over the US for work and enjoy meeting up with guys for lifting or meals. I also like to hit the big fitness/strength expos around the country. You can see a lot of my pics of them on my Flickr site at http://www.flickr.com/photos/musclebearz
See those guys in the videos below? That look is the goal I am working toward.
I'm on a major growth kick right now. I'll keep going until I hit a plateau, then, maybe
, I'll look into leaning out some. I've made peace with my belly, since the rest of me seems to have caught up and beat it into submission. :-) I don't mind having it as long as the rest of me is big enough to balance it out. Right now, I am really
enjoying being big....I want to keep going, and am willing to do whatever it takes to do so.
I am working around a slipped disk which has improved considerably in the past few months. This hinders any competitive efforts I might wish to make, at least for now. However, I would eventually like to get where I can compete in powerlifting or strongman. It would also be fun to learn to do some grip feats and strength feats. Anyone out there with any experience with those?
