ABOUT ME

I'm American, living in Europe. I am a reasonably normal, moderately low attitude, interesting guy with an edge and sometimes perverse sense of humor. I do have a life outside the gym. I discovered that weight training was my "sport". I love the results, love striving for more and getting it. I train for size and symmetry. I like outdoors stuff, but knee injuries restrict me somewhat. My motorcycle is my only transportation and in this climate I can ride 363 days a year. I read a lot, love movies, and I travel whenever I can.
