ABOUT ME

I'm American living mostly in Europe. I am a reasonably normal, moderately low attitude, interesting guy with an edge and sometimes perverse sense of humor. I like the gym and outdoors stuff, but knee injuries restrict me somewhat. My motorcycle is my only transportation and in this climate I can ride 363 days a year. I read a lot, love movies and live music, good conversations, and I travel whenever I can. I discovered that weight training was my "sport". This site has so many amazing-looking guys of all ages. You all inspire me to push on and maximize against my genetics. I love the results, love striving for more and getting it. I train for size and symmetry.
