ABOUT ME
Just an average guy who is trying (desperately) to get into the best shape that's possible. I am really committed to doing it but am always asking around for new ideas and lots of encouragement.
A few years ago, I had a trainer and my workouts were great. He taught me a lot about form and process. Since that time, my workouts have become sporadic and less-focused.
I am not giving up and am committed to having a body that I can walk around the beach and be proud of. That's pretty tough in Miami.
