Above is the list of states I've been to. I got a lot of them on a road trip I took from Raleigh, NC to Corvallis, OR which I took summer of 2011. I hope to have visited them all by the time I am 50. As great as it is to have traveled out of the country, the US is huge and there is definitely stuff worth exploring here.

I am currently a graduate student at Moss Landing Marine Labs on theMonterey Bay in California. I am getting my masters in Marine Science studying marine algae. I was born in Miami, FL to parents who immigrated to the US from Cuba and went to university at NC State in Raleigh, NC where I got my bachelors degree in Plant Biology. I also spent one quarter at Oregon State University in Fall 2011.

While at NC State I got into group fitness through their PE classes and am currently an AFAA certified primary group exercise instructor specializing in step aerobics. I am also IFTA Indoor Group Biking Certified and Zumba licensed. As an endomorph, I spend a lot of time doing cardio to fight weight gain and in order to achieve my weight loss gains.

I am looking for a guy who knows what he wants. I am looking for a mature man who puts family and friends first, has strong values, and isn't afraid of commitment. As time has passed, I've learned that though I may have this "dream guy" in my head, I like all sorts of different guys. Individuality is what really shines through for me.
