First of all, I spend far too much time alone.I lied about my age so much I have forgotten how old I really am. I think I am between 37 and 97. I'm not real sure.

I easily get into a routine: breakfast, work, snack lunch, work, train, dinner, plan next day, bed.

Manic Insantity is the name I gave to my approach to training. Feel the body and give it the workout it most needs. 1,000 pound squats sure why not. Then 25 minutes of cardio? Yes. 50 minutes on the flat bench doing pyramid sets, good workout. Manic. Insane. You should train with me. You'll see constant improvement.
