Update: 10/25/2009. Finally have said enough is enough. No more excuses. Before my 40th birthday, December 19th, 2009, I am going to make some serious changes to my body and mind. Better diet and less excuses for NOT making it into the gym. Have posted workout photos on here and will be updating them regularly. Not much time before 40 but I'm confident i can lean up rather nicely if I stay motivated.
As of August 09, I am living in south Austin. Different than what i am use to but I definitely like it. Here is to meeting new friends in the Austin area. (But happy to chat with guys from all over.) The guys here in Austin always seem friendly.
