I'm a self-employed professional with a small six-person office in downtown Toronto. I stopped my previous fitness program about five years ago when my schedule was disrupted by a parent's illness. Now I'm establishing a new regimen. Although I'm definitely not as fit as I know I can be, after each annual physical the doctors tell me that I'm still in good shape 'for a man my age' (not an expression I like but doctors use it as we get older, so get used to it).
I'm more of a spectator than a participant in many sports now but I enjoy watching live sports, less interested in sports on TV (except of course major events). I enjoy physical activity and the outdoors. An afternoon spent walking in the city can be enjoyable and good exercise.
The motto "A sound mind in a sound body" works well for me. I think a healthy guy exercises his mind as well as his muscles. I'm interested in current events, politics, the arts, architecture, travel, nature, science, philosophy, food ... and people.
Guys I'm Looking To Meet
I'd like to meet some new friends and possibly fiind a relationship. I enjoy guys with a relaxed attitude who enjoy life. A friendly smile and an easy laugh are always attractive, and pleasures shared are pleasures doubled.
I'm open to new friends of all ages, but I tend to be attracted to men younger than I am.
Although I appreciate all you men who are really ripped, I tend to prefer guys who take care of themselves but are in the 'good shape' that's natural for them. If you're into hormones, steroids, extreme diets or intense training programs then we're probably not going to be a good fit.
