What's up guys? I am a first year grad student at Indiana University, and I recently decided to try to go from a more slender, thin body type to a more athletic and toned style. I'm used to running about 5-6 miles a day, so it will be interesting to try to cut that down substantially and incorporate a weight routine. Any advice is appreciated!
