I used to dive and snorkel a lot but now can only do that in warmer water. I get claustrophobic w/the hood on lately.

ABOUT ME
I work in SE Portland, Oregon, and (commute in most days) and live solo (I'm single) up in the Columbia River Gorge on the Washington side just east of Beacon Rock State Park.
I end up hiking a lot w/my 2 black labs. Every day actually. The Gorge has tons of excellent trails. You should all go up "The Rock" and also up Hamilton Mtn. A most excellent hike. Honk your horn when you go by my place afterwords when you head up to Walking Man Brew Pub in Stevenson. The Dog Mtn. trail is a popular hike (a real leg burner) but it's frequently crowded and there's poison oak all along the trail. You'll end up w/oak on your Johnson if you're not careful.
Get outa town once in awhile and go for a hike already LOL
Skinny dipping in the river is always fun on these hot summer days.
Currently on the DL-disabled list- due to bulging discs and impinged nerves in my lower back. On the mend but not sure when I will be back to running and lifting. Had to give up softball and change my golf swing already and now this. Might have to park the bike for good too. That posture is just torture for me.
I am a wildlife biologist/forest ecologist for the U.S. Dept. of Interior In Oregon and work eats up a lot of my time. I live in a pretty cool place and home is my retreat to decompress and relax. I like to grow veggies, cook, brew beer, watch sports and movies. Helped a bud coach little league for 6 years now. I have raised up 4 litters of Lab pups recently and have trained several for bird hunting for clients. Brew pubs and cigar bars work pretty well for a night out. Never did the clubs. Can't dance lol
I'll get back to this after I check the site out some. Been gone for awhile. Profiles are like resumes. You tailor them to the site/job.
Hope you all are having fun.
GUYS I'M LOOKING TO MEET
Recognize I just had the 18th anniversary of my 29th birthday. I date older and younger guys and am young at heart but like being a mature man and maybe even being considered a middle aged adult. Never thought I'd live long enough LOL
