ABOUT ME

I'm a recently/partially out professional guy. I just left a pretty sedentary job, and now I'm trying to get back into shape after those long days behind the desk!!

I want to run a half marathon next year, but I've got a long way to go...I love being active, though...after quite a run of sedentary years.

In addition to working out, yoga, and outdoor stuff, I love reading and writing, especially southern fiction. I'm also a musician--I sing and play the piano. I'd love to be singing and playing jazz standards in a smoky piano bar somewhere. Oh, and I feel a novel coming on the horizon, maybe...
