I'm into bodybuilding, running, hiking, rock/wall climbing, rope climbing, jet-ski, water sports, wrestling, armwrestling, martial arts, dancing. I lift weights five-six times a week; also run five-six times a week, 4-7 miles per run. I've done some boxing, kickboxing and Tae-Kwan-Do, but hardly an expert. Also into chin-ups, for some reason; I do 100-200 of them, 20-25 per set, 4-5 times a week.

Would be great to find a bud for working out and/or running. Member of a local track club, so I participate in most of the local runs.

Love nature, the outdoors, dogs, the beach, swimming with dolphins and manatees, environmental issues.

Competition-wise, I like to wrestle and armwrestle. I like to test my strength against another guy. Also cool to have fun posedowns with buddies.

I really, really like to dance. I'm also getting into meditation.

I'm healthy, sane, clean-cut; I don't smoke, drink or do drugs. I'm often told I look way younger than my age. My face pics are in my private photos. If you want to see them, I'll be happy to send.
