I work in the Wellness department at Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceuticals. I am a personal trainer and Registered Yoga Teacher. I teach alignment workshops to athletes and do private lessons for injuries. Other than yoga, I like to race triathlons and am into running and swimming more than biking.
