Since the beginning of the year I've lost over 20 pounds of fat and want to continue losing the fat and put on some muscle.
The tips, workouts and nutrition information on this site have really helped, and the guys have been great inspiration, especially the ones my age and older who prove that a guy can look great no matter what his age as long as he stays in shape.
