Busy professional and business owner. Just joined EQUINOX in Coral Gables. That's where we would be training. Have lost alot of the gym gains of past years due to career demands and seeking to recommence a serious new routine that entails intense training to failure which can only be done effectively with a reliable partner and spot. The training would very likely consist of hard weight training 3 x's a week and cardio that we can do on our own on alternate days. Open to suggestions. However, I am exclusively available in the very early morning and cannot spend more than 45 min each session. Lots to do in an average workday and can't be at the gym to socialize! You must be a member of Equinox in Coral Gables. Just want someone serious, focused and who is as busy as I am and similarly appreciates the value of time. Prefer someone who has been training for a while and knows his way around the weight room. NOT seeking a date or romance. In fact, straight or gay friendly partners are just as welcome. What I do want is someone enthusiastic and enjoyable with whom to train. That attiitude certainly makes rising early to pump iron something which we can happily anticipate every morning.
