      Replaced running and weights with DDP Yoga.

      Started running again 12/02/13 3-4 miles a day after a 30 to 55 minute session of DDP Yoga!

      09/17/2014: Back to running and yoga. Upped my previous 4 miles to 8, results will hopefully be forthcoming...

    Description

    I love comic books and anything superhero related. Great music, great books and good company. I love to travel (road trips especially) and any chance to get away I try to take it!

    Finally after a few years of bad luck and bad happenings, I've started back on a healthier lifestyle. Running and weight training, healthy eating and lowering stress levels.

    Started DDP Yoga 2 weeks ago (02/08/13) and I'm seeing incredible results. I stopped all running and weights for at least the first 30 days to see the success of this program alone.

    3/15/13 My 30 day DDP Yoga results so far
    -2.25 inches off my waist
    -4.00 inches off my cheat
    -3.50 inches off my hips
    -2.00 inches off each thigh
    down 11 pounds and gained quite a bit of lean muscle mass. Was unable to do even 1 proper push-up on day 1, I can now do 7. And i gained an inch on my arms up to 17.

    04/15/13 60 Day DDP Yoga Results
    294 pounds (down 8 pounds from 3/15/13)
    -1.25 inches off my chest
    -2.5 inches off my hips

    Haven't done any measurements recently, Maybe next week. But i'm down to 288lbs!

    09/17/2014 Down to 272. Less than 50 lbs to go to my goal weight!
