ABOUT ME
July of 2012, I'm at 220. I have muscles. Like, *on* my body. It's sort of new and overwhelming and I'm excited about the changes and want to make sure I keep up with all of this.
August 2012: 210. 32" waist. It's like I'm back in high school, only with less acne and my overwhelming anxiety has nothing to do with the cool kids.
I'm at LA Fitness. I have a great trainer named McKenna who makes sure I don't wimp out. I still have a deep love affair with bread, though. And cheese. And pie. So: I'm resigned to no six-pack. But I'm definitely in better shape than I've been. And I'm sure my shape will get better at the rate I'm going.
