Accomplishments so far: started a bomb platform diving list for next summer - want to do the most difficult dives for my age group, lost 28 pounds this spring and summer, added and inch of muscle to my arms/chest, lost 5 inches off my waist, and am truly enjoying workouts now. Have learned the joy of fitness as a process.
I am honest, loyal, and spiritual. Friends and family are important to me. I am not a very complicated guy. I hate drama and dishonesty.
