As far as yours truly is concerned, what you see is what you get. I'm a health/fitness buff who enjoys working out at the gym, biking, lifting and running. I do a lot of core training and am slowly but surely building some muscle (gosh it seems like it used to be a lot easier - haha).
When I'm not working on my body, I enjoy camping, hiking, rafting, travel and good times with quality people. I'm pretty easygoing and not hard to please.
I love music of all types, but dig Chill, Ambient and Jazz most of all. A couple of sites I heart ...
