December 2011 - Just moved to Seattle and loving it. Still have my home in Houston, so will be there occassionally.

Mature muscle guy interested in staying fit so I can enjoy outdoort activities such as hiking, skiing, scuba, biking (I even played football recently and had a great time). Also, I am attracted to men who are really in shape, so I try to be the same for them. I do put a high priority on remaining in very good shape.

I enjoy travel and have been to a few countries - Canada, Mexico, England, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia. I really love Canada (both the people and the terrain) and have traveled many times to British Columbia, including all over Vancouver Island. I seem to have an attraction for French men. I would enjoy going to Spain as my next European travel, but I really still enjoy going to Amsterdam and recently had a great time in Berlin and Munich (both really wonderful cities). In the United States, I really still enjoy San Francisco and Washington state.

I love the mountains and trees, but not much of a guy just to lie on the beach. I like the beach but would rather be doing something there.

I am well educated, with an engineering degree and MBA, and have worked my entire career in multinational companies. But this is probably ending soon, and I am looking for some other opportunities, outside the traditional stoggy corporate environment.

Unfortunately, at my age, there are very few men who are still in decent shape physically and/or who are not already coupled. So I would enjoy interacting with men younger than me socially or for hooking up. Of course older guys who are still hot are OK too. Friends with common interests would be great, but I don't mess around with my friends sexually.

Honesty and integrity are very important to me, probaly at the top of the list of values I try to incorporate in my day to day life. Dishonest people and fakes are not worthy of my time.

Looking for other men who are really in shape, either for friends or for hooking up. The reason I am looking for friends who are in really good shape is that I still want to be able to share a variety of physical activities as mentioned above (hiking, skiing, scuba,etc).

For friends or dating, I prefer men who are worldly aware, who can carry on an intelligent conversation about many different topics. And I like adventurous men, who like to try different and new things and ideas. But you need to also be practically responsible. And you need to be honest and have integrity.

if you are one of those driven men, who think only about your career and your ambitions, we are probably not a good match. I'm glad that being driven works for you, but I have found that such men do not have time for a relationship, probably including friendship. For me, you need to be able to stop and "smell the roses" sometimes.
