Well Just want to say Awesome Job to all the bro's on here!! That already or are in the process of building sweet ass bodies!!!! I myself have a goal set to get up to 185.lbs built and ripped. Right now i'm at 171 .lbs But have a hard time gainning size! Reason being is I work 12 hour days and don't eat 5 to 6 meals a day and don't get into the gym til 8 or 9 pm at night making it hard for me to eat a big meal at 10:30 at night, ushally just protien shakes!! Also makes it hard for me to find an awesome weight-lifting partner at those times of the night witch i need someone to help me train and grow!! I join this site to find good friends and get trainning tips from you bro's So if any of yah have any ideals on a good trainning charts and what muscle groups a person should be working togeather, and good suppliments a dude should stack togeather!! Hit me back and let me know!!
Well a little about myself!! Good down to earth person!! Like meeting new people and friends, even thow i don't know alot of poeple in the town that i'm currently from!! Not a big bar or club sceen person!! Not saying that i wouldn't mind going out once in awhile, but with work and trying to hit the gym, that and riding bike on weekends makes litttle time for going out on the town. Maybe that's a good thing!! I love listening to music and spend alot of time adding to my cd collection. Would one day live in a state where there are Mountains, Frick'n love the Mountain's, Being up high and being able to see for miles, hiking and campping makes me feel free and alive!! Also call me crazy!! But i like looking at other dudes bodies on here or bodybuilding.com Seeing other bro's bodies and pics draws me a mental picture of what i want mine to look like. That and hype's me up to go pump the shit out of the weights at the gym!! So yah thanks to all the bro's that have the sweet ass bod's that will help me reach my own goals..lol Well if yah ever want to chat!! Hit me up!!
