ABOUT ME
Interests: Everyone puts the love of the outdoors. Well, here I go! Anything outdoors, I love to camp and hike. I want to start Kayaking this summer. I read often and keep up with the news. For the first time in my life I'm able to travel. I'm planning trips to Ireland, Germany, as well as Mexico. I will be learning a second language soon. I guess I am always keeping busy. Life is to short to slow down.
My Lift Ethic: I have never been a big person. Always on the small and scrawny side. As a teen I was struggling with my identity. I always wanted to be that tough jock. I joined the army for alot of reasons, but one of the reasons was to help me get in shape. Didn't work, stayed the same weight lol. I did learn at that point that I could do whatever I set my mind too. Through college and the death of my parents, I became more focused on leading a healthy lifestyle. I moved to Seattle not knowing a soul. The move gave me a chance to build my life and schedule as I see fit. Since I've moved, I've been training hard and have been seeing quite abit of gains.
How I lift: I had been doing my own thing for the most part. In Oct 07, I did RJ Strong/lean challenge. Loved it! I've learned alot from this site. As of right now, I'm lifting with friends that are trainers when I can, if they can't help out I'm on my own. Still lifting hard to become hard.
Intake: I eat about 6x aday. Small and as heathy as possible. Organic and free range as much as possible aswell. Constently reading and learning. I am pumping up my protien intake 1gxwt. Its alot of protien!
Supplements: Protien, Creatine, Multivitamin, LOTS OF WATER!
Cardio: I run often. Running for me is a stress reliever. Some have smoking and drinking. I run. Opens the mind and lets it all go with the beating of your legs and the intake of breath.
The Future: New goal is to hit 165lb. I'm at 155lb as of 07/06/09
I'm constently working on being the best Man I can be.
GUYS I'M LOOKING TO MEET
The Man: As most guys on here, he should lift and be in shape or at least work for it. I'm no snob, muscle bound brusers are great, but ya don't have to be one to get my attention. I can't stand stagnation or "status quo". GET OUT THERE AND DO SOMETHING! learn and enjoy the world and we will get along fine. I enjoy the club life, but I don't live there, if you do we definately won't get along.
