ABOUT ME

Spent the last year or so dropping a sizable chunk of "happy weight", finally back down to a number I'm REally happy with (although I'd still love to lose that few extra lbs right around the middle...) Getting ready to cut back on the cardio and pick up the weight training. Wouldn't mind any tips or tricks anyone wants to pass my way. :-)

***10/3 - OK, I've cardio'd off about every pound I can reasonably manage so Monday, I'm starting the RJ Muscle Building workout. Hoping I can start building up some without picking back up any of the weight I've lost over the past year or so...we'll see, I guess!

At this date: 185 lbs, 33w, 40ch 12a. Supplements: GNC Mega Men Sport VitaPak (inc. a multivitamin, energy enhancer, L-glutamine, & nitric oxide enhancer), GNC AMP Amplified Creatine 189 pills, GNC AMP Wheybolic Extreme 60 protein drink (30 g after workout.)

***11/11 - Been doing the Muscle Building workout for 5 weeks now. I'm still doing the Week 1 exercises...apparently I was in wimpier shape than I'd thought, since I'm STILL not quite able to do all the sets of all the exercises for the "warmup" week. (That's what I get for not doing any strength training for 4 years, I guess!) No fear though, I'm actually seeing some results, and that's all it really takes to keep me motivated...and I HAVE been able to improve what I'm able to do week by week. I got REALLY excited to look in the mirror this weekend and see the very beginnings of some cum-gutters. {lol} It's the little things....
