***10/3 - OK, I've cardio'd off about every pound I can reasonably manage so Monday, I'm starting the RJ Muscle Building workout. Hoping I can start building up some without picking back up any of the weight I've lost over the past year or so...we'll see, I guess!
At this date: 185 lbs, 33w, 40ch 12a. Supplements: GNC Mega Men Sport VitaPak (inc. a multivitamin, energy enhancer, L-glutamine, & nitric oxide enhancer), GNC AMP Amplified Creatine 189 pills, GNC AMP Wheybolic Extreme 60 protein drink (30 g after workout.)
***11/11 - Been doing the Muscle Building workout for 5 weeks now. I'm still doing the Week 1 exercises...apparently I was in wimpier shape than I'd thought, since I'm STILL not quite able to do all the sets of all the exercises for the "warmup" week. (That's what I get for not doing any strength training for 4 years, I guess!) No fear though, I'm actually seeing some results, and that's all it really takes to keep me motivated...and I HAVE been able to improve what I'm able to do week by week. I got REALLY excited to look in the mirror this weekend and see the very beginnings of some cum-gutters. {lol} It's the little things....

***12/11 - 9 weeks on the muscle building workout. Still working on the week one excercises, and VERY close to being able to all the exercises/sets/reps that are listed. Again, as long as I can see some progress (both in the mirror and on my workout log) I'm happy.

***1/15 - 13 weeks. Still doing week 1, but doin' everything now, adding weight. Figuring on rebooting the workout on 2/1...birthday, new month, just seems auspicious. :)

***2/4 - REBOOTING!! With 2/1 being my 36th b-day, seems like an opportune time to reboot my workout. SOOOOO, after what, 15, 16 weeks of week 1 of the Muscle Building workout, I'm starting it over. 2/1 was day one of a "new" week 1, so I'm expecting next week I'll actually move on to week 2.
