Hey guys- Personal Trainer and gym owner (www.diakadibody.com). It's a personal training only gym- the best and biggest in SF! We train with some of the most amazing trainers in SF, so it always keeps me on my toes. I work alot-running a business is not easy, but can't complain. I own it with my boyfriend so I get to see him all day, which is great!

In April '08 we're heading down with Real Jock to the Atlantis Cancun Week - to head up some bootcamp workouts. Should be an awesome time - get some sun and get to kick the butts of some of you RealJock.com members!

We just got back from teaching the RealJock Bootcamp at Atlantis Cancun. We had a such an amazing time. Met some really great guys (including Chizzad and Lawson on here). Thanks to all the guys who participated in our classes. You all blew away our expectations! Can't wait till the next one!
