I suppose I'm on here to give myself a bit of a kick in the ass with regards to getting into good (starting small, heh) shape. Much easier to get motivated when you know there are other people out there like you. My goal is not to get ripped, but to get down my body fat percentage (I'm about 19%... high end of normal I guess). So that basically means lots of cardio, swimming and light core strength training, ala pilates and yoga. After I get to a good place there, I can start to work on bulking up, which will be a bit harder, being a vegetarian. I put up a picture of me shirtless to motivate me to slim down. Hopefully I'll have a much thinner picture to put up in a month or two.

I suppose I'm up for meeting anyone, ideally someone who's probably in the same boat that I am for a bit of mutual encouragement.
