Very into fitness and health. Started dieting couple years ago when I hit almost 280 pounds. Then I got down to 160 pounds. I have been lifting and eating to put on some size. I am 6 foot 1 and currently way around 195 pounds. I would like to get up to 210 pounds. I eat very clean (4100 calories a day) and have been getting a very creative with my recipes in the kitchen.
