Quit smoking January 2008, and gained 15 pounds. I am trying to turn it into lean mass.

Okay, now for the typical...professional, laid-back, fun-loving type of guy, blah, blah, blah.

I'm actually more like an onion, layers upon layers. I am your typical extroverted introvert. In other words, I really enjoy my alone time and can function quite well in my own world, but most definitely not a wall flower. I am also a little bit of a geek, I REALLY enjoy my science, both fiction and fact. I love to go dancing, and am sometimes considered a flirt (tho I have been called much worse). I also enjoy singing...in the shower, in my automobile, even break out in song on occasion at the gym (told you I was a geek), and sometimes off key. It's obvious I have had no formal training, but I am not horrible!

I try to stay in shape, and get to the gym about four times a week. I play on two softball teams, which keep me really busy in the summer. I also stay quite busy helping to raise a great little boy (currently 3yo), for whom I was a donor. My house also keeps me busy, as it is in need of some TLC (and elbow grease). Let me tell ya, completely gutting two bathrooms in one week is a great way to lose weight!
