I used to compete in figure skating, 3 years and 25 pounds ago. When I stopped skating I could finally start to work out at the gym like I wanted to, hence the weight-gain.
I think I am at where I want to be weight-wise at the moment, now I'm trying to get stronger without packing too much meat on.
