I do martial arts. It's how I'm Asian....but that's as far as the stereotype goes. I'm also an Irish Jew and though it sounds like a set up for a bar joke it's a part my eclectic heritage. I'm grateful for it and grateful for the way it makes me different.

Everyone has a life principle they live by...
My life principle is to try as many new things and explore as many adventures as possible. I don't care if I fail at something....the regret of not trying it at all is ten times worse than the temporary embarrassment of landing on my face. With failure I at least leave the wreck with a lesson learned. I don't have that opportunity when I don't try. Life is too short to stay huddled eternally in a safe spot/ security blanket. Go out and explore! Find new ways to smile and feel good! Find a reason to why you're here and alive on this massive planet and pass on your discoveries to your fellow man in hopes of sharing a smile with him.

Please say hi and share you story with me. Sometimes I feel like life is too short for me to get to do everything that I want. I suppose that's why I read so much and am so fascinated with other people's lives and history. By hearing or reading someone's life experiences I can almost live vicariously through them and extend my own life another round.

I'm looking for better ways to condition my body and allow me to continue being strong...perhaps even stronger than I've ever been...AND having an Adonis built is great bonus that I have yet to achieve.
I'm on the RJ workout series to test it out and see how it feels. I'm also using a few friends as lab rats to give these workout theories a try. I hope to see awesome results.

Martial Arts was how I dealt with my Napoleon Complex. I encourage all you guys to learn to defend yourselves. I've heard too many stories of gay bashings and am unsettled by the statistics. If you live in the LA area and need coaching....if I have the time I will be happy to volunteer to show you the basics. Buy me a drink or something and we'll call it even.
You can also look online for workshops. I suggest something like Krav Maga, MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), Kickboxing, Boxing, Ju-Jitsu. Shoot me an e-mail if you have questions about the school you're interested in. I will do my best in researching it for you.
