Well working out has recently become my thing. I"m addicted..i love going to the gym and working out with my friends. I consider myself a work in progress and would appreciate any pointers or words of encouragement on my journey towards my goals. Eating is my downfall........i lovvvvvvvvvvve to eat..so maintaning a balanced diet is a challenge..but i'm working on it.
