Hey there ... my name is Brian and I am a senior in college. I like to work out and learn more about different types of training. Some of the thing that I love to do are running on the lake, softball and absolutly love playing tennis. My fitness life has taken a turn that was not expected. So right now I am trying to get that aspect of my life back on track. So if you have any suggestions or words of advice just let me know :)
