Update: So yeah, on 8/8/12 I had a motorcycle accident. It resulted in a broken femur, a mangled foot, and now a bionic leg. It's all my leg save the rod and plates and screws and pins. Feel so fortunate that it did not result in worse injuries, I could of died and the 5 hour surgery was a limb saving one. So thankful! But all that to say ... if I am slow on returning messages, that might be the reason. I'll be back to myself in 9 months, so until then, I'll keep eating healthy, taking my vitamins and attempting to stay in shape. Cheers!
