Intellectual, quirky, aggressive, passionate, disciplined, caustic, silly. . . . PhD candidate obsessed with books (19th century lit, critical theory, cyber-punk and sci-fi), reads super-hero comics religiously but hates fan boys, reformed party boy loves a good circuit party a couple of times a year, but works through most weekends (work hard, play hard). Former lawyer, I have been described as "feisty" and argumentative; I have a pre-occupation with right-and-wrong, abstract ideas, and sushi. Also, peanut butter and usually awkward/sometimes refreshingly/always polite frankness. I'm like what would happen if Elizabeth Bennett and Jess from "The New Girl" somehow got together and raised the orphaned child of Elaine Benes and Tim Drake.
GUYS I'M LOOKING TO MEET
I want to know it when I see it. But, provisionally and ridiculously ideally: built guy who loves to train (skilled bodybuilders to the front of the hypothetical line) with huge ego (that I can tease and flatter by turns) and a quick voracious, intransigently individual mind that sees past appearances, grasps irony, and knows when to dom and knows when to sub. He would also laugh and make me laugh often, and know how to treat people in a way that distinguishes him as something of a "nasty gentleman." He's what would happen if Dick Grayson, Finnick O'Dare, and Logan Huntsberger were melded together in the Fly's teleportation device - brilliant and monstrously hot.
